Net Weight and Gravity Level Filling Systems

Federal’s net weight filling technology is ideal for applications needing exact dosing, with non-contact filling accuracy of ± 0.1% to minimize the giveaway of valuable products. We handle a full range of container types including bottles, cans, jugs, pails, drums, and totes, with filling capacities ranging from 1 ounce (29.6 milliliters) to 250 gallons (946.4 liters) at speeds up to 1,000 containers per minute. Federal also provides level filling technology capable of filling to the same visual height on bottles. Designed and available in multiple configurations including monobloc filler/cappers or tribloc rinser/filler/cappers, as well as standalone fillers, all Federal filling systems are engineered with a focus on accuracy, cleanability, quick changeover, and low maintenance.

Gravity Level Filling Systems

Fogg is a market leader in the design and manufacture of rotary and inline filling systems for the liquids industry, providing a wide range of solutions to companies in the dairy, juice, water, alcohol, food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and other consumer packaged goods markets.

Fogg is well known for Extended Shelf Life (ESL) cold fill systems as well as hot fill and spirits applications, providing gravity level filling technologies capable of filling non-carbonated liquids in containers up to 169 ounces (5 liters). Our broad machinery lineup ranges from 120 filling valve systems that run at speeds up to 1,200 bottles per minute all the way to compact footprint, entry-level systems for smaller plants with lower production rates. Fogg also provides capping, bottle rinsing, cap sorting, and cap sterilization systems as well as fully integrated monobloc filler/capper combinations or tribloc rinser/filler/capper combinations for a complete turnkey solution.

Cup and Tray Filling Systems

Modern is a leading provider of cup and tray filling solutions for the food, beverage, and dairy industries, with systems capable of filling everything from dry foods such as coffee to viscous liquid products such as hummus into single- and multi-serve packages. 

Modern designs and manufactures inline and rotary filling systems available in fully enclosed, ultra-clean, modified atmosphere packaging (MAP), and aseptic configurations that handle container sizes from 0.2 ounces (5 grams) to 176.4 ounces (5 kilograms). We can also provide fully integrated solutions that incorporate denesting, loading, and overcapping technologies that run at speeds nearing 1,000 containers per minute. Additionally, Modern provides foil lid converting capabilities from their PDF Seal product line that produce full color die cut lids for food packaging containers used in both consumer and food service industries. Volumetric & Flow Meter Filling Systems

Pacific provides both high-performance rotary filling systems as well as value priced and versatile inline filling systems for leading manufacturers worldwide.
